Building Strong Communities Throughout the World and Close to Home
United Way advances the common good in communities across the world. The organization focuses on education, income and health—the building blocks for a good quality of life. The solutions United Way creates for communities go beyond short-term charity for a few. There are nearly 1,800 local United Ways globally. In October, BNSF Railway Foundation carried out a national United Way giving campaign, including donating a total of $62,000 to United Ways in Montana and Wyoming.
Supporting Mental Health for Montana Children and Families
Youth Dynamics is a Montana non-profit children’s mental health agency that provides family-focused behavioral health treatment founded on the principles of an actively caring and trauma-sensitive culture in which people can realize their full potential. The organization operates 31 locations across the state and a recent contribution from BNSF Railway Foundation will help support youth case management in Northern Montana.
